Genarlly a pretty slick site...but clearly needs new navigation.  When first entering, you feel like it is just a splash page; however, hovering over the buildings in the logo allows you to access the sites content.  While this is a nifty design, the function leaves more to be desired.  I can imagine that many peope simpy view this as a splash page, and nothing more...
